The festival grounds, craft vendor area and live music stages are free to enter, giving families an easy, budget-friendly way to spend a fall afternoon downtown. Food and merchandise from individual vendors are available at their own prices.
A rain date is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 8, in case of inclement weather on the original date.
