The event was presented by the Cranford Township Committee, with Commissioner Gina Black as liaison to the Cranford 250th Committee, chaired by Loretta Smith and Jeff Pistol. Jane Hannon and Donna Vaupel were co-chairs of the event.
Funding for the event was provided in part by a 2026 HEART Grant from the Union County Board of County Commissioners.
